The Pajama Store Returns Policy

The Pajama Store wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for full refund or exchange within 30 days from the mail order ship date. The refund will be made in the form of the original payment.

We will send you an email to notify that your return and/or exchange has been processed and the proper account has been credited. On returns, you should expect the credit in your account 10-14 business days after we receive your return.

Return Instructions

1. Please return the items for exchange or refund with the packing invoice/receipt. Indicate on the form if you would like a refund or an exchange. For exchanges, indicate the exchange items you want order with the style number and size where applicable.

Upon receipt of your return/exchange we will refund your original payment method, excluding shipping charges. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item at no additional charge.

Returning or exchanging a gift? If you received a gift and want to return or exchange it, follow the instructions above. Returns will be refunded to the credit card used to purchase the gift.

Shipping Info

We ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt for all items in stock. If an item is backordered, you will receive an e-mail stating the anticipated ship date. There are two ways to ship your order, for a flat rate of $9.00 we will ship USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-4 days to deliver. For faster delivery, we will ship USPS Express Mail Overnight which is delivered next day to most locations for a flat rate of $29.00. For next day delivery orders must be received by 12 noon MST for same day shipping. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday excluding holidays.

Please note that The Pajama Store cannot ship to destinations outside the United States at this time.

After you place your order you will receive a confirmation of order via e-mail. You will receive another e-mail once the order has shipped with a tracking number and delivery information.

If you sign up for The Pajama Store email and postal mailing lists - you will receive exclusive offers and news from The Pajama Store. We respect your right to privacy, and so we never share, rent or sell our mailing lists. If you would like to be removed from our email list, please follow the instructions sent with each email.
